In the News: Collections Vault

Tucked behind our museum galleries sits a large, climate-controlled collections facility. With more than 2 million items illustrating Earth’s history, our anthropology, biology, and paleontology, our collections hold information about our past to help inform our futures. Recently, the Minnesota Star Tribune took a closer look at what we care for inside our behind-the-scenes storage area lovingly nicknamed “The Vault.”
