Drive
A public parking garage is located at 120 W. Kellogg Blvd. and can be entered via Chestnut Street.
The cost is usually $15/day, open to all, with discounts available for members and Great Tix purchasers during museum hours.
Parking in the ramp is free for Explore Store shoppers for the first 15 minutes.
Bike
Bike racks are available in front of the museum off Kellogg Boulevard for daily use, and in front of the Education entrance off Chestnut Street.

Pricing
Parking is $15 on regular days, and $25-$30 on days when events occur downtown near the museum. The fee is payable by credit or debit card only at the ramp exit pay station; only valid for one day while the ramp is open.
The museum parking ramp is open until midnight all Ordway performance nights.
Hours
The Science Museum parking ramp is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
Discounts
Members receive discounted parking during museum hours. Great Tix purchasers‘ parking rate is $5; vouchers are available at the visit desk in the museum lobby.
Public Transportation
The Science Museum is just a few blocks from the Green Line light rail and near several bus routes. Use the Metro Transit Trip Planner to find the best route.
Accessible Parking
There are 16 designated accessible parking spots in the museum’s parking ramp. Vehicles up to eight feet tall can park in the ramp.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric vehicle charging is available for free in the parking ramp on level P6. To use the charging station, please use the Chargepoint app.

Contract Parking
The Science Museum offers flexible, convenient contract parking to museum visitors and downtown employees through the form of a Fast Pass.
Load your Fast Pass for easy-in, easy-out access at a discounted rate of $7 a day, deducted from your balance upon leaving the ramp. Reload your account at the self-serve pay station on the lobby level. Only pay when you use the card; you do not have to pay a monthly rate.
Fast Pass rates are not valid for events like Minnesota Wild games and concerts.

Field Trip Parking
From September through May, school groups enter the museum from the Education entrance at Eagle and Chestnut streets. From June through Labor Day, groups enter the museum from Kellogg Boulevard.
At the end of your reserved field trip time, buses should return to the area where you were dropped off.
Event Parking
The museum ramp is open to the public for events happening in downtown St. Paul, like Minnesota Wild games or concerts at Grand Casino Arena. Rates will be higher.
Member Parking
Member parking benefits are limited to regular museum hours, with a 30-minute grace period on either side of our opening and closing hours. They are not valid for special events downtown, such as games or concerts at Grand Casino Arena.
