Focused on the the construction of scientific knowledge and science as a social process, this exhibit and web project followed the ongoing archaeological investigation of a 9,000-year old site in present-day Turkey. It premiered at the Science Museum of Minnesota in September 2001.
This two-disc archive documents the project and captures highlights from the exhibit and website.
The Project Archive was distributed to teachers, museum professionals, and archaeologists. The archive was a wonderful resource for people interested in exploring both Çatalhöyük as well as the process of developing this website and museum exhibit.
